We're looking for talented interns to join our Accounting team. We're building a better way forward for the 53+ million Americans who are managing care for a loved one. We're backed by Duke Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield and several other organizations interested in improving healthcare access and affordability.

The Accounting Intern would be someone who loves financial statement analysis and keeping records. The Intern would be curious, hard-working, and interested in learning accounting for everything ranging from complex healthcare transactions to simple insurance billing.

Qualifications:

• Experience and/or interest in Accounting (part-time jobs, internships or student clubs)

• Critical thinking and analysis of complex problems

• Great communication skills

• Being organized and dependable

• A team player, communicator and facilitator and enjoy working with others

• Have great work ethic and ambition; want to join an early-stage startup to achieve major career success and upside quickly

Responsibilities:

• You will work alongside the core team and executives in Accounting and Finance departments

• Comfortable asking questions to users and stakeholders

• Work with the team to solve problems

• Learn about the complexities of accounting for patient, provider and insurer transactions

Salary range can be flexible based on work experience and background. Opportunity for year-end cash bonuses and/or equity in the startup over time for an amazing person!
