Summer 2025 Project Coordinator Intern

We are looking to add a Project Coordinator Intern to join our Strategy team in the Waukee, IA office. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture. Join us for our 11-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while getting exposure to learning and developing skills related to strategy, process, change management, and project management.

 

You will:

  • Assist in developing project plans and schedules, coordinating timelines, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Secure necessary resources by coordinating with other departments.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, and prepare/distribute project-related documents.
  • Track project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation and handle administrative tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in problem-solving by analyzing data and identifying root causes and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
  • Examples of majors prior interns have pursued: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Event Management, Project Management, Organizational Design, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, and more.
  • Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
