Curriculum Developer
Are you someone that is creative and enjoys using computer software and other technologies to create virtual/online and traditional learning material? As an Instructional Designer you will be responsible for working collaboratively with trainers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create high-quality, engaging learning activities and course content to include educational materials such as slides, videos, and quizzes. Successful candidates in this role possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects on various timelines. Candidate will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule as schedule permits after successful training is completed.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
•Work collaboratively with trainers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create high-quality, engaging learning activities and course content to include educational materials such as slides, videos, and quizzes.
•Provide expertise on curriculum design; structure the course outline and layout, including the sequence and timing of each module.
•Maintain thorough documentation of the course development process, required updates and evaluations.
•Create training materials (instructor manuals and trainee guides).
•Establish a system for collecting and incorporating learner feedback for ongoing improvement.
•All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank’s risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Understand and support the Mission, Vision, Values and Code of Ethical Conduct of Dollar Bank
•College degree required. Will consider commensurate experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred in education or instructional design.
•One (1) year of relevant work experience in training or educational processes to include design, delivery, and evaluation of core curriculum programs required. Will also consider:
oCandidates who possess an advanced degree in a learning related area (i.e., innovative instruction, learning and design, etc.) in lieu of experience.
•Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Project management, time management and superior organizational skills required.
