Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Specialist Intern to join our
production team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the
operational aspects of production management, including planning, scheduling, and quality control. The ideal candidate should be passionate about manufacturing processes, eager to learn about production efficiency, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Production Assistance:
● Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet
production targets.
● Support daily operations by helping to manage workflow and troubleshooting production
issues.
 

Quality Control:
● Participate in quality assurance processes, ensuring that final products meet the
company’s quality standards.
● Help in documenting the results of quality tests and preparing reports for the production
team.
 

Inventory Management:
● Aid in the management of materials and inventory levels to ensure that production can
proceed without interruptions.
● Assist with the receipt and storage of supplies and materials.
 

Equipment Maintenance:
● Help coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of production equipment to prevent
downtime.
● Learn to operate various production machinery under supervision safely.
Process Improvement:
● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to
production methods and processes.
● Participate in project meetings and provide input on how to increase productivity and
reduce costs.
 

Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration,
Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● A keen interest in production and manufacturing processes.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and production management software.
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to a fast-paced
setting.
