The Opportunity: Begin your journey by learning the ins and outs of being an insurance agent, registered representative, and holistic financial advisor progressively. Over the first year, you’ll develop essential skills, build client relationships, and work toward specific production goals. Throughout the three-year development program, you’ll receive continuous training and support to establish and grow your own DBA, ultimately creating a thriving financial services practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Meet with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
- Business Development: Use your entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow your own practice.
- Sales & Marketing: Utilize company-provided tools and resources to attract and retain clients through web, social media, and email marketing.
- Practice Establishment: Over three years, develop and establish your own DBA, fully supported by New York Life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Individuals who are motivated, self-starters, and eager to build a profitable career.
- Experience: Sales or managerial experience, previous business ownership, or an MBA are preferred but not required.
- Education: A 4-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
- Licensing: While a FINRA license is a plus, we will help you obtain all necessary licenses.
Compensation:
- First-Year Earnings: Income is commission-based (Plus Training Allowance & Activity Stipend) with significant growth potential as you build your practice.
- Long-Term Earnings: As you establish your DBA, you will unlock greater income potential, with compensation directly tied to the growth and success of your business.
