Open to remote work days 1 day per week after 90 days. . You are a Swiss army knife- laser focused, precise, intensely organized, and always working with the appropriate urgency level. This is a high growth opportunity to management including Sr. Management as you will be exposed to all levels of our organization’s functions.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university in business administration, operations management or similar, MS/MA or MBA desirable. Industry relevant experience, credentials or certifications a strong plus.
WORK & LINE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five or more years of line management experience
OPERATIONS AND CLIENT RELATIONS EXPERIENCE:
- Operations management (i.e. managing individuals and service delivery) and experience working directly with clients (e.g. in fulfilling contracted services), as required.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance).
- Serve as the organization’s leader for all human resource management issues, especially hiring, training, and mentoring of our line supervisors, with a goal of both hiring better people and giving them a better chance to be successful.
- Develop, revise and execute the Operations Plan. Working alongside the CEO, as part of the executive team, define company strategy and select which business opportunities to pursue.
- Engineer and implement improved operational systems company-wide to ensure continuous improvement while supporting innovation
- Implement processes, infrastructure and effective management practices to enable and sustain company growth
- Set annual goals and assist with building an organizational structure that supports our mission.
- Identify organization’s key performance indicators (KPIs), develop project plans to achieve goals, and monitor organization’s performance
- Anticipate operational needs and identify growth opportunities. Take the lead shepherding special projects and key initiatives.
- Supervise line managers and operations in San Francisco and Oakland, CA office to drive performance and maintain quality while minimizing risk
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities
- Manage individual performance by creating employee incentives, establishing KPIs for all individuals, and implementing performance reviews aligned with KPIs
- Oversee P&L Performance: design operating budget and manage expenses along with CFO
- Oversee financial and budget strategies, management, and compliance. Keep CEO, Sr. Operations and leadership team informed, with ready access to necessary reports, data and performance metrics

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $76,397.00 - $85,439.00 per year
