Crotched Mountain School & Village, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outstanding team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students.

About Crotched Mountain School:

Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire. Situated on thousands of acres of preserved habitat, CMS offers a therapeutic environment in which students are encouraged to explore and thrive.

Overview: You'll work under the SHNH Clinical Director, providing behavior analytic interventions to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, design, implement, and evaluate behavior interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
  • Provide professional training and on-site technical assistance.
  • Develop and monitor behavior support plans.
  • Participate in IEP or person-centered planning processes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and engage in professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification and applicable licensure.
  • Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior analytic services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead clinical meetings.
