Internship Overview

This immersive five-week program offers valuable exposure to the industry. It focuses on technical development, documentation, and real-world applications. Interns will gain practical experience, professional skills, and foundational knowledge essential for succeeding in a technical career.

Internship Responsibilities

Marketing Internship:

  • Edit and create detailed technical documentation.
  • Conduct industry-related research to support ongoing projects.
  • Communicate professionally with industry experts and internal teams.
  • Participate actively in project meetings, contributing insights to project development.

Technical Internship:

  • Support real-time outdoor digital signage product development.
  • Draft, develop, and finalize product specifications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain professional email communication with vendors, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Organize digital files, including Dropbox folders and project data.
  • Document responses to government RFPs.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Marketing Internship:

  • Excellent writing and research skills.
  • Interest in gaining industry-specific knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism in communication.

Technical Internship:

  • Experience with SolidWorks and familiarity with AutoCAD files.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Previous experience in an executive support role is preferred.
