Client Service Specialist
Role Summary
We are seeking a full time Client Service Specialist to join our team. The job entails supporting multiple Financial Advisors in a wide variety of their day-to-day administrative service work.
The ideal candidate should excel at social interaction, as daily responsibilities include client-facing tasks that are crucial to facilitating successful relationships between financial advisors and their clients. Also, the position requires that the candidate be very organized and methodical in assisting the advisors in maintaining the excellent service our clients have come to expect.
Due to the nature of the role, remote work is not an option.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contacting clients to schedule meetings for Financial Advisors.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Management of tasks and reminders in Salesforce.
- 3rd party annuity service transactions.
- Money movements and general cashiering.
- Interacting with clients at events.
- Sitting in with Financial Advisors on client meetings to take notes and facilitate paperwork.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any concentration) preferred.
- Strong communication skills required.
- No previous industry experience required.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred.
