Qualifications: Disciplined worker, enthusiastic, ambitious, personable, and an interest in the entertainment industry is a plus Preferred Majors: Communications, Marketing, English and Theatre (Other majors will be accepted) Hours Requested: 15-25 hours per week (we will work around your class schedule) Semesters Needed: Fall, Spring, and Summer
Jobs and Duties
Communication
-Call and email talent for various auditions and jobs
-Utilize Microsoft and Google software to complete organizational tasks and submits
-Update client and talent database internally and through the web site
-Train with agents to find talent for ad agencies, film companies, marketing firms, recording studios, photographers, video production houses, etc.
-Scheduling and organizing talent for different events/jobs
Photography, Video, and Visual Design
-Use digital camera to photograph talent -Use Mac software to shoot, edit, and upload video auditions
-Use Photoshop for photo editing
-Assist agents in conducting and directing voice-over and on-camera auditions
-Involvement in four separate mediums – on-camera broadcast, print, voice-over, and promotional/trade show
Marketing and Public Relations
-Update Facebook , Instagram, and Twitter accounts
-Promote Talent Group through social media and email
-Develop client relationships
– scouting and developing new sales contacts and consulting with existing clients
