Spring 2025 Work Study IT Student Worker

Responsible for providing technical system support for the Luminate Online database in addition to duties below:

• Data entry
• Duplicate management of constituent records
• Perform data refreshes according to schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to manage large datasets
• Ability to work independently and proactively complete processes based on a predetermined schedule.
• Experience with databases
• Computer Science background preferred
• Experience providing technical support preferred
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading and maintenance of application software preferred
• Experience with SQL script, JavaScript and APIs preferred

Other Information:

• Minimum hour requirement: 10 hours/week
• Direct Supervisor - Roldan Cortes - Advancement Services
• Employee evaluation process - Students will be evaluated at the end of each long semester.
• Payrate determination - All student employees are paid $11/hour in University Advancement.
