SIP 2025 - Workforce Partnerships Intern (Metro-ATTC) at Tri-C Workforce Partnerships
Workforce Partnerships serves as a liaison between employers, students, and Tri-C Workforce training programs. The Workforce Partnerships team focuses on growing and enhancing employer and community partnerships through various strategies and efforts including but not limited to connecting partners to students and opportunities to influence other Tri-C Workforce training endeavors. Workforce Partnerships also focuses on increasing enrollment and retention through target support and recruitment strategies and collaborating internally to ensure students are connected to career opportunities and family-thriving wages.
Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
The Workforce Partnerships intern will be responsible for supporting Workforce recruitment, retention, and employer engagement and management activities, and other special projects related to partner support.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with internal partners to track, manage, and input employer and partner activities into Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal partners to research the Tri-C Workforce Program website, compiling detailed information into an Excel document to provide a comprehensive overview of all workforce training programs
- Assisting with employer outreach activities and events
- Assisting with summer recruitment and outreach event planning, as needed
- Assisting with scripted communications to current and/or potential Tri-C students
- Assisting with creating and updating marketing collateral
- Attending Workforce Partnerships meetings, as needed
- Other duties as assigned as they relate to Workforce Partnerships activities
Preferred Qualifications

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
