SIP 2025 - Registrar's Office Intern (REMOTE) at Tri-C Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office serves as the authoritative custodian of information pertaining to students' academic records.

Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
  • Conduct analytical research on varying topics related to Higher Education institutions and policies/procedures.
  • Ensure the quality-checking of Tri-C curriculum changes.
  • Explore professional development opportunities within the organization.

Work Schedule
Monday and Thursday, 10am-3pm. If applicant cannot accommodate this proposed work schedule we can discuss alternative. It is anticipated that this will be a remote position.

This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program. Program requirement: As part of the internship requirements, students must be currently enrolled (Spring 2024 , enroll in a summer 2024 course and have a 2.0 or higher GPA.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools for various tasks.
  • Strong computer application skills: Ability to navigate and utilize computer applications effectively.
  • Research & Analytical skills: Capability to analyze information, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to enter data efficiently: Demonstrated capacity to input data accurately and efficiently.
  • High attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all data entry and related tasks.

Program Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
  • Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
  • Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
  • Must have a declared major on record

This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
