Human Resource Intern

Role Description

This is an internship role at Swing Phi LLC. As a Swing Phi Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various tasks. This role is perfect for someone passionate about both human resources and the financial services industry, ready to gain hands-on experience and make an impact.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Analyze data, and present findings & recommendations to leaders.
Support your aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work to help the business and our employees thrive.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates including offer letters and ensuring compliance with hiring protocols.
Analyze social media performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.


Requirements

Passion for Finance & Capital Markets: Knowledge or interest in the financial industry is a must (prior experience is a plus).
Critical Thinking: Ability to think strategically when it matters the most.
Communication: Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Analytics Knowledge: Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure performance.
Creative Mindset: A proactive approach to storytelling and campaign ideation.


The Ideal Candidate

  2. Finance/Economics-related Background is strongly preferred.
  3. Self-motivated individual who is open to feedback and embraces candor.

Compensation Structure: UNPAID

 

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
