Position Overview
As a Creative and PR Intern, you will play an integral role in crafting compelling content, managing public relations efforts, and enhancing the visibility of Automate365 and its niche-specific brands. You will collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and contribute to impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Content Creation
- Design visually engaging graphics and materials for social media, email campaigns, and marketing assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Write engaging copy for blogs, press releases, case studies, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic messaging across all platforms.
Public Relations (PR)
- Draft and distribute press releases to promote Automate365’s innovations, partnerships, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor press mentions and compile media coverage reports to measure PR effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and promoting webinars, live-build sessions, and other industry events.
Social Media Management
- Manage Automate365’s social media presence by scheduling and publishing posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments.
- Develop strategies to grow and engage audiences on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
Campaign Support and Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing interns to ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and target audience needs.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure content integrates smoothly with workflows and systems.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and PR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program and eligible to receive academic credit for this internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for PR outreach and relationship building.
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing press releases or managing PR outreach.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or platform-specific insights.
