We are seeking enthusiastic college students to join our team as Tutor Mentors. In this role, you will provide academic support and guidance to fellow students, helping them excel in various subjects. Your responsibilities will include offering personalized instruction, assisting with homework and exam preparation, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
· Provide academic tutoring through one-on-one and small group sessions
· Available to tutor between 11AM and 5PM
· Help students identify and overcome barriers to success
· Function as a liaison between program staff and students
· Assist with front desk coverage and general office duties
· Other duties as assigned
Quantifications
· Available for study sessions in the mornings, afternoon and/or evenings
· Earned a B or higher in the courses you will be tutoring
· Maintained good academic status (3.0 cumulative or higher)
· Federal work-study preferred

· Provide excellent customer service with students and staff
· General computer skills with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Previous tutoring skills preferred
