Assistant Childcare Teacher

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Assistant Childcare Teachers to join our team. As a Assistant Childcare Teacher , you will be learning and ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. ```Duties```
- Assist Lead Teachers to provide attentive care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare facility
- Assist Lead Teacher in monitoring  children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training
- Administer basic first aid when necessary

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you will learn various skills: 
- Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Understanding of special education principles and practices (preferred)
- Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, or classroom settings (preferred)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
