Operations Intern

We are looking for an operations intern to join our team to manage the flow of our workplace and optimize day-to-day activities. This position will play an integral role in the quality of the company services and the satisfaction of the customers. The basic duties include analyzing business operation data and working with case managers to identify customer needs in order to bring better services. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems without supervision.

  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Direct support to Customer Service Team & Marketing on an as-needed basis
  • Conduct market research and compile data on school requirements
  • Provide analytical support for management and other internal departments as needed
  • Develop, evaluate and execute market strategies in coordination with Team Leader
  • Work with digital marketing, external affair, and business development teams to align content and service

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or current college student with Sophomore standing or above
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and report on significant amounts of information
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy is a must for this role
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills in a fast-pathed environment
  • Experience with data analysis, skilled in Excel or other analytical tools is a plus
  • The consumer-focused mindset with good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Language: Bilingual preferred.
