About the Role: As a Behavior Technician (BT) at SBC, you will receive comprehensive training to become certified in behavior analysis. All training and certification fees are fully covered. In this role, you will provide direct instruction, therapy, and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral challenges. This includes working on skills such as language development, social skills, and adaptive skills.
BTs work at Solutions Center for Autism in Macedonia and various school districts within a 30-minute radius. For more information, visit our website at www.solutionsbehavioral.com.
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates who are working towards or have a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, General Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass FBI/BCI background checks.
