Student Worker, McCoy College Management Department
Duties will include but not be limited to answering phones, greeting, screening and assisting guests, delivering and picking up items at various locations across campus, assisting with student registration, assisting with various departments and faculty projects and checking, delivering, and distributing departmental mail. Work schedules will change each semester due to schedule changes and departmental needs.
Must remain enrolled in at least 6 hours for the fall and spring semesters to qualify.
Must be professional and customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Must be detailed and team oriented, responsible, motivated, dependable, and efficient. Must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work independently. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. This position will start immediately, report to the Department Admins and will continue based on performance. Employee evaluation process takes place at the end of every semester worked. Payrate is determined by your skill set, experience and job performance.
