Research Analyst

We are looking to add an executive recruiter to our Alternative Investments Team based in NYC. Our firm has a 15+ year track record of working with prestigious private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices, endowments and foundations, across all geographies. This role is a blend of finance, sales, and psychology.

About the role:

He/she will work closely with all members of our team to support the recruiting team. Daily responsibilities will include meeting candidates, coordinating interviews, and acting as the liaison between our candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

- Assisting in active searches through industry and firm landscapes, pitching and creating candidate profiles

- Assisting with ad-hoc business development projects, including industry reports for clients and internal marketing materials

- Preparing industry reports for clients. Examples include: Investment Banking, Hedge Fund & Private Equity market landscape projects and Investment Banking Class Profiles
