Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic technical issues, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network problems.
- Customer service and communication.
- Technical troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and networks.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Answering support tickets and phone calls.
- Documenting and escalating unresolved issues.
- Assisting in diagnosing and repairing customer devices.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass an FBI Background Check as a prerequisite for handling sensitive customer data and ensuring trustworthiness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically from 12 PM to 8 PM on weekdays, to align with operational hours.
- Must maintain a drug-free status, ensuring professionalism and compliance with workplace policies.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about computer systems, repairs, and IT services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
