Client Community Management Intern

Responsibilities

Community Engagement: Actively participate in online client communities by initiating discussions, responding to client posts, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Support Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM or support ticketing system.

Client Support: Collaborate with the Client Services team to provide comprehensive support to clients. Address their questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries when necessary.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback, suggestions, and insights to help improve our offerings and enhance the overall client experience.

Community Moderation: Monitor and moderate client discussions within the online community platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
