Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR department. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and to develop your skills and knowledge in human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • HR Administration: Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, preparing HR documents, and managing HR filing systems. Ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and provide basic HR information. Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Ensure employees are aware of and comply with company policies.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects as assigned, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Participate in special HR initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR roles, with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
