Software Support Intern
The Software Support Intern will be responsible for assisting and educating customers, troubleshooting issues, testing new releases, and other duties described below.
- Our interns commit to 10-25 hours while in classes and up to 40 hours during seasonal breaks. The Internship will end once the pursued degree or certificate is completed.
- Provide phone and email software support to customers
- Educate customers on our software’s best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer/software issues
- Communicate effectively with all departments
- Record details about customer issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
