National Account Customer Service Intern

The NA Customer Service Intern will supporting the National Accounts customer service and sales team. This position will serve both internal and external customers across multi job functions within the department as well as collaborate to solve customer disputes with other Culligan business units. 

Specific job functions:

  • Assist team with special projects
  • Follow up with dealer network to provide updates on repair, installation orders and deliveries
  • Provide clear, timely communication to customers
  • Update cases in Salesforce
  • Answer inbound calls, as needed
  • Track dealer invoices and assist with reconciliation of invoice rejections
  • Pull reports from customer procurement systems to ensure all purchase orders and work orders are managed properly in accordance with customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Intermediate computer proficiency - Ideally possess experience with all Microsoft office applications, Salesforce
  • SAP and project management software such as Monday.com or Smartsheet familiarity a huge plus!
  • Eagerness to learn Culligan products and services
  • Recent graduate or current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related fields
