Graphic Design/Website Intern (Summer 2025) Downtown Sioux Falls Inc.

Overview: 

The Downtown Sioux Falls Inc. Marketing Internship Program offers hands-on, practical experience in various aspects of marketing and creative production. We’re looking for three dedicated interns to join our team, each specializing in a different area: Graphic Design/Website, Social Media/Marketing, and Photo/Video Production. Interns will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to bring exciting campaigns to life and will report directly to the Marketing Director. 

Internship Position: Graphic Design/Website Intern: 

● Responsibilities: 

○ Assist in creating digital and print design materials (e.g., flyers, event posters, social media graphics). 

○ Update and maintain website content, ensuring accurate and engaging information for public events and campaigns. 

○ Support brand consistency across all marketing materials. 

● Qualifications: 

○ Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). 

○ Basic web design skills (WordPress or similar CMS is a plus). 

○ A portfolio showcasing design projects. 

Internship Details: 

● Location: Downtown Sioux Falls Inc. office, with opportunities to work on-site at various DTSF events. 

● Hours: 10-15 hours per week. 

● Pay Rate: $15 per hour. 

● Duration: Semester-based, with opportunities to extend.
