IT Systems Administrator Senior

The IT Systems Administrator Sr position will design, implement, and manage hardware, software, and Azure Cloud infrastructure, including Windows server support, supporting and administrating cloud-based software, and supporting Microsoft operating systems. It will assist in providing IT support for Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Bentley software. This position will work closely with vendors to manage new infrastructure implementation, provide training and support to other technicians in the division, and resolve customer issues, as needed. This position will assist with managing the Hardware and software inventory, creating software automation scripts to push to department computers, and provide IT Support for hardware and software to the CDS Department employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and/or Equivalent Experience:

• Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job plus two (2) years of experience.
• Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years

Licenses or Certifications:

• As required based on advanced job role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting and administer Windows Desktop and Server Systems.
• Experience administering and supporting applications and systems in a M365 cloud environment, administering and supporting Azure Active Directory, and utilizing IT Automation and Remote support tools/software.
• Experience administering, deploying, and supporting department-specific Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) technology, including Bluebeam, IOT, BIM, Digital Twin modelling and visualization, cloud/edge computing, and wireless mobile communication.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting Mobile devices with IOS and Android OS.
• Experience managing a hardware and software inventory system.
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations.
