YOUR ROLE
Actively promote a culture of Continuous Improvement. Lead teams in continuous improvement activities, process redesign and waste elimination. Perform analysis, suggest improvement actions and coordinate implementation of continuous improvement plan to enhance performance, quality, sustainability and safety, reduce cost and achieve budget targets.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement, leading teams in process redesign and waste elimination.
- Drive Performance: Perform analysis, suggest improvement actions, and coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement plans to enhance performance, quality, sustainability, safety, and cost reduction.
- KPI Management: Implement and monitor KPIs, prepare comprehensive reports, and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure performance and compliance.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with department leaders to optimize service levels, maintain supply chain efficiency, and minimize costs.
- Systems Expertise: Become a WMS expert, supporting operations, reporting, and training. Utilize analytical methods to understand and improve logistics operations.
- Project Management: Lead and support various projects, including automation implementation, new infrastructure, and system integration.
- Benchmarking and Innovation: Cooperate with other logistics facilities to benchmark best practices and identify innovative solutions.
- Sustainability: Promote and implement sustainable practices within operations and report on progress.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, Master's degree preferred.
- 0-2+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse, or Solution Design.
- Strong understanding of WMS, Infolog, and other relevant tools and systems.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Language: English, Spanish a plus.
