Summer 2025 Oracle ERP Internship

Here at IMMI, the Oracle ERP Intern will assist the Oracle ERP team and the Information Technology team in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle ERP systems. The intern will work on projects related to the configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Oracle ERP modules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The Oracle ERP Intern will also gain hands-on experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and support data integrity across the enterprise.
 

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with, and provide support to, end users and staff on Oracle ERP modules and related systems.
  • Work on assigned ERP tickets and tasks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring compliance with the Help Desk Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Record, track, and document the progress of ERP-related issues from submission to final resolution.
  • Assist with regular system maintenance, including module updates, patching, and system upgrades.
  • Help resolve issues in collaboration with ERP system vendors, consultants, and support teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for ERP systems, support procedures, and user guides.
  • Monitor and test ERP system performance as needed; prepare and deliver system performance reports.
  • Assist in configuring and deploying ERP modules across global locations.
  • Support the development and implementation of standards and processes for ERP-related projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to assigned projects for other IMMI locations, as required by the VP of Information Technology.

  • Technical problem solving/analysis related to ERP systems and business processes.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills to collaborate with teams and support end-users.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and basic troubleshooting techniques for ERP-related issues.
  • Understanding of business processes and their alignment with ERP functionalities.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and JavaScript for data management, scripting, and customization within the ERP system.
  • Exposure to ERP system concepts and manufacturing principles, such as inventory management, order processing, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated interest in ERP systems through relevant coursework, certifications, or internships.
  • Ability to provide remote support to IMMI’s global network of ERP users and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
