We are seeking a talented Business / Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities and adding qualified leads to our sales funnel. You will be responsible for either outbound, inbound or both prospecting, including cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, as well as qualifying warm leads. 
 

You will serve as the merchant's dedicated point of contact during the qualification period, delivering an exceptional first impression and providing an unparalleled merchant experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of revolutionizing commerce through cutting-edge mobile commerce solutions for Shopify Plus and Enterprise brands. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving. You Will Have Real Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through a combination of cold calls, email campaigns, and social media interactions.
  • Take an active role in shaping outreach plans, content, and communication strategies.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative and personalized follow-up and effectively communicate the benefits of FUEGO.io versus our competitors.
  • Stay on top of the latest product features, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide the best possible advice and service to merchants.
  • Perform product demos.
     

What Skills You Need To Hit The Ground Running

  • Skilled in navigating intricate sales cycles and achieving success amidst intense competition.
  • Experience with Outbound and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, Reply, Apollo.io etc.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to follow leads and secure deals.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive on competition.
  • Comfortable using design tools like Canva, Adobe Express or Figma.
