Job Overview:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to manage multiple social platforms and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Curation: Develop engaging, on-brand content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). We would also like to see alternative types of brand placement suggested.
Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with marketing goals, campaigns, and brand identity.
Community Engagement: Build and manage content by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and fostering brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, optimize content strategies, and provide regular reports to management.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative.
Collaboration: Work closely with Co-CEOs to develop new ideas to reach new users and engage current ones.
Influencer & Partner Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand partners to expand reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with social media management tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling and shareable content.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
