SUMMARY:
The Strategy and Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. This role involves deep analysis of data, preparation of executive-level presentations, managing cross-functional projects, and providing actionable insights to improve overall business performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and prepare data for customer dashboards.
- Manage projects and deployments to completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive, visually engaging, and impactful presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Assesses unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem solving techniques to identify causes.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by management to support the business.
- Must be able to work onsite at our San Jose office at least four days per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- 2 or more years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey) or in a strategy/operations role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering preferred, but not mandatory. MBA not required.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, ambiguous environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently or with a team on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $145,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.
