Role Description

This is a fully remote Supply Chain Research Intern role in partnership with Techsalerator for the new brand, DolFin. This is an independent internship position requiring only a few hours per week, providing motivated individuals with hands-on experience in product sourcing, vendor relations, and pricing analysis.

As a DolFin Supply Chain Research Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential vendors, analyzing pricing, and conducting market research to support DolFin’s product and pricing strategies. Your role will contribute directly to DolFin’s growth by helping to secure reliable, high-quality vendors at competitive prices.

What you'll be doing

  • Source and evaluate vendors to find the best fit for DolFin’s product and quality standards.
  • Conduct pricing analysis to compare vendors and recommend cost-effective sourcing options.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and potential sourcing opportunities.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to support DolFin’s financial goals.
  • Build and maintain a database of approved vendors and pricing information for easy reference.
  • Collaborate with the team to align sourcing strategies with DolFin’s overall brand goals and target audience.
  • Perform other sourcing and research duties as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.

Education and Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have an interest in product sourcing and pricing analysis.
  • Must be able to work remotely.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop product sourcing skills, gain experience in vendor management, and play a key role in DolFin’s product strategy and cost management efforts.


Total Compensation

The compensation for this position is based solely in school credits, offering a total of (3) credits per semester. This role offers exciting opportunities for potential growth within the company and the field.
