6 – 8 week contract role beginning in early January.

Onsite in a lab in Midtown Atlanta

RedStream Technology is recruiting for a short term fast paced opportunity for a recent engineering grad (mechanical or packaging preferred) to assist with a product analysis project.

What You’ll Do

As a Teardown Analyst, you will play a key part in building a fact-base to help evaluate growth and sustainability opportunities. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and benchmarking key product characteristics across a portfolio of consumer products.

You will work in a teams of 2 – 3  analysts and experts. The ownership of individual work and ability to create impact as an individual is necessary to be successful.

Quintessential analyses include: 

•    Determination of critical product or materials specifications and feature/attribute comparisons

•    Benchmark analysis of key product attributes

•    Materials and product cost modeling for design and procurement outcomes 

Skills:   

•    Packaging design and manufacturing experience preferred; 

•    Proficient communicator, capable of working in multinational environments, self-motivated

•    Ability to impact individually or as a collaborative member of a team, capable of working well with others but also autonomously with little direction

•    Experience in starting projects, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in the face of ambiguity

•    Highly organized and detail-oriented individual

•    Excellent presentation skills with a focus on communicating complex ideas clearly

•    Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and synthesize data
