Project Administrator

Project Administrator (Honolulu)

A local construction company is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities include the followings:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects.
  • Prepare invoices for projects and maintain accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals and tracking results.
  • Assist in contract review.
  • Prepare documents for new projects.
  • Assist the project team in planning and coordination of project requirements.
  • Support payroll and procurement.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining RFIs, submittals, billing, and any project related documents.
  • Monitor deadlines and keep project calendar up to date.
  • Record keeping.
  • Communicate information between internal and external customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to interact with various levels of management
- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Must have strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to self-motivate

- Ability to multi-task under time constraints and working effectively as a team player in a professional office environment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience

- Associate or College degree preferred

- Construction industry background/experience preferred
