TITLE: Software Delivery Specialist 

DUTIES: Advise clients on a variety of pricing, marketing and sales analytics related issues through the performance of required analysis, research, computations, and problem-solving syntheses. Deliver software assets to client needs using technical skills in data science, data engineering, and/or software implementation. Translate client context and needs into asset and data setup configuration choices and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement. Build client & consulting team capabilities related to software and/or related data processes by developing complex analytical approaches and project plans. Responsible for a collection of required client and industry data, performing required analyses and syntheses of findings and the development of client-ready recommendations. Responsible for the syntheses of work and creating findings and recommendations. Assisting in structuring final written and oral presentations for clients. Telecommuting permitted.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent.   Minimum two (2) years of experience in analytics. Experience must include: Working with large datasets using at least 1 of the following analytical/data visualization tools: Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or R; Knowledge and proficiency with SQL & ETL; Performing statistical analysis and driving exploration and drawing conclusions from multiple data sources; Understanding of process and knowledge of client service processes including data management and solution support; Communicating business requirements to technical teams and synthesizing business intelligence for non-technical stakeholders.
