The Montessori Lab School at Grand Center – Fundraising Coordinator

The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising efforts to support The Montessori Lab School’s goals. This role involves coordinating campaigns, cultivating donor relationships, and ensuring effective communication to maximize contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning: Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to
meet financial goals.


Donor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community
partners, ensuring consistent engagement and recognition.


Event Coordination: Plan and oversee fundraising events, including logistics, budgeting, and promotion.


Outreach: Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and
social media content, to attract and retain donors.

Grant Writing: Research, prepare, and submit grant applications to secure funding from foundations and other sources.

Budget Management: Track fundraising income and expenses, providing regular reports to leadership. ensuring materials are available and aligned with Montessori principles.

Snack Distribution: Prepare and distribute snacks, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are respected.
