more resale profit to event organizers and artists.
We are in contact with world-renowned organizations such as Manchester City, and our vast international
network includes advisors from Stanford University. We are currently in talks with clients across China,
Singapore, the UK, the NFL, and the Premier League, positioning TouTix as a global leader in event
management and ticketing solutions.

Internship Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Operations Intern to join our growing team for the Spring
Semester, with the potential to extend into the Summer. This role will require wearing many hats, offering
exposure to various aspects of operations, business development, and client relations. You will work
closely with our strategy, sales, and product teams, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of a
fast-growing startup. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment, is eager to
take initiative, and is looking for an opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Support the coordination of daily operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and partners.
- Business Development: Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand TouTix’s presence in the American market, including outreach to potential partners and clients.
- Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for partner queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Market Research: Conduct research on the American and international event markets to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Logistical Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, manage timelines, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with our strategy, sales, and product teams to contribute to the company’s growth and innovation.
- Special Projects: Take on diverse responsibilities, including event coordination, reporting, and assisting leadership with strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing,
- Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for the live events industry and business development.
Commitment
- Timeframe: Spring Semester (January-May), with potential to extend into the Summer.
- Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week, flexible to accommodate academic commitments.
