The candidate will work in a talented and motivated team. This role will perform various tasks in a GLP/GMP-compliant lab environment.

1. molecular assays including,

•    a. sample sorting and organization
•    b. DNA/RNA isolation,
•    c. various Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS) library prep, and
•    d. sequencing loading

2. shared lab organization and management tasks assigned by lab management.

Requirements:

• Min B.S. degree in molecular biology, cell biology, or relevant biological disciplines
• 1-2 years hands-on molecular assay, particularly NGS experience is preferred
• Ability to closely follow instruction and standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Clear logic and analytical skill
• Self-motivated
• Self-disciplined

Experience:

• DNA or RNA isolation: 1 year (Preferred)
• PCR: 1 year (Preferred)
• NGS Lib Prep: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: base salary ($48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year) + performance-based bonus
