Responsibilities:
- Manage modern device management, Microsoft Windows operating system standards and security development, laptop/desktop/mobile device security, Microsoft Intune administration, Microsoft Entra administration, Microsoft 365 computing administration, and Client Services enterprise applications management (e.g., TeamViewer, WASP, Manage Engine).
- Research, analyze, and provide solutions to resolve hardware and software related issues at the tier II & III levels.
- Maintain documentation related to change management, and IT processes and procedures.
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Exercises a high degree of initiative, participates in meetings, provides status reports, and completes assignments effectively, accurately, and timely.
- Keep up with current and industry trends, standards, and practices.
- May be required to lift IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- May be required to work overtime on short notice during peak work periods.
Experience Requirement:
Four years of general information technology experience performing technical and/or analytical tasks for computer systems or services in any of the six domains or emerging information technology fields.
Education Supplement Guideline:
120 semester units (or 180 quarter units) from an accredited college or university including at least 15 semester units (or 22.5 quarter units) of information technology or closely related course work
OR
Any equivalent combination of experience and education.
(Determined on a case-by-case basis with discretion to CalHR standards)
When using education to meet minimum qualifications, education must include the specified IT or closely related course work.
