What You Will Achieve
The Pfizer Global Supply Rotational Development Program is an entry-level, two-year rotational role designed to provide early talent an accelerated training in the Pharmaceutical industry. The program offers real world, hands-on experience in important roles and projects to the company while promoting personal and professional growth for the participants.
How You Will Achieve It
- Be responsible to deliver on key goals and objectives for the company and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple disciplines that may include Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operational Excellence, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Validation and others.
- Rotate through four challenging, demanding and diverse assignments within each area, targeted to provide career growth and experience.
- Be assigned to high level, site strategic projects that drive value to the business and our patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology), preferred OR an Associates degree with 4 year of exp. OR a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- No more than 2 years of continuous work experience after graduation
- Strong team skills with demonstrated leadership ability
- Passion for learning and pursuing a career in the health care industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation and initiative
WORK AUTHORIZATION

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Office and plant environment, able to enter and navigate cleanroom type environments in manufacturing facilities
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Schedule is primarily Monday – Friday day shift, but at times it will be necessary to work additional times to support emergency manufacturing needs (either onsite or remote)
