New Graduate Nurse Residency Program

This job posting is for all new graduate Registered Nurses (RN) who plan on graduating by the end of the Fall 2024 semester through early Fall 2025. Residency cohort start dates will fall between February 2025 and October 2025. Please fill out an application if you:

Opportunity Overview
Starting base pay rate at $32.00/hr; Up to $30K in Commitment Incentive
The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides an extensive orientation to the roles and responsibilities associate with professional practice. This process is a 12 month clinical program.
As a Nurse Resident, you will:
-Be a part of a cohort of other new graduate nurses
-Work side by side with a dedicated clinical coach throughout your orientation
-Participate in simulation laboratory experiences
-Be mentored by a nurse educator
-Complete rotation with other key health care professionals in several units
-And, much more!
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required.
- 0 - 6 months experience is required.
- Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.
- American Heart Associate Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
