SIP 2025 - Student Life Assistant (Westshore Campus) at Tri-C Student Life
The Student Life Office provides programs and activities that promote learning and development both outside and alongside classroom learning. Opportunities include leadership trainings and certifications, numerous student clubs and organizations, and special events and activities on each campus.
Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
The Student Life Assistant will assist the office with developing and updating internal marketing and communication methods in preparation for the fall semester. These include but are not limited to, posters, newsletters, and office presentations. The Student Life Assistant will be responsible for creating two programs (with training and assistance from full-time staff) to add to the Student Engagement fall 2025 campus events calendar. The Student Life Assistant will also help with summer programs and work on a long-term project of benchmarking Westshore Student Engagement with other similar community colleges. Assistance working in the campus food pantry during the summer will also be expected.

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
