The Innovation team at OneHope is dedicated to pioneering new ideas that advance the organization's mission and impact. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects where the ways we practice evangelism and discipleship internationally are analyzed, reimagined, and built to ensure the global church continues to innovate and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning and Growth: Actively engage in learning opportunities, applying insights from each project to enhance contributions to future initiatives.
• Collaboration: Partner with diverse departments to implement innovative strategies, adapting to unique challenges and contributing to impactful projects.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Assist in brainstorming and developing strategies to address organizational challenges and refine systems for greater efficiency.
• Business Analysis: Analyze existing systems to identify patterns of success, documenting insights to inform future processes and strategies.
• Research and Development: Conduct research to inspire creativity, generate new ideas, and broaden perspectives for organizational improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting: Support the team by writing reports, summarizing findings, and presenting recommendations from research and project work.
