Internship Role – Intern Tech Analyst: The Intern Technical Analyst role with in EDM team offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain practical experience and develop skills in the rapidly evolving field of Healthcare Data Management. The Intern Tech Analyst will get an opportunity to understand the Enterprise data management processes – Including understanding the healthcare data model, data analysis and reporting techniques. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in requirement gathering, data analysis, documentation and project development process with in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Offers Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the healthcare data management domain.
Internship Duties:
- Assist in analyzing the large data sets to identify the data lineage and anomalies. Utilize available tools in the company to ETL for analysis purpose.
- Write and Maintain comprehensive documentation of Enterprise Data management process, data dictionaries/meta data, data lineage, transformations, and dependencies.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including business analysts and senior software engineers to support healthcare business initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions and project discussions.
Intern Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Data Science, or any IT related Major.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data management concepts such as data modeling, data warehousing and ETL process.
- Basic understanding of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts creatively.
- An enthusiastic and detail oriented mindset with a commitment.
- A problem solving mindset who likes research and data analysis.

Assists with specialized project and administrative tasks to ensure the coordination and completion of all segments of the assigned project. Compiles and consolidates reports and prepares presentation based on findings or outcomes.

Education Required
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree and field placement program.
