Mental Health Organization Quality Assurance (Internship)

Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual in the pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in sciences or health-related fields to assist our Quality Assurance team. This position is ideal for those looking for hands-on experience in the mental health care field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure staff compliance with regulations, internal SOPs, and applicable laws.
• Conduct screenings for new clients entering our program.
• Review documentation notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with entering and maintaining documentation notes in the system.
• Support Quality Assurance tasks as needed to maintain program integrity.

Position Details:

• Variable Hours: 3–4 hours per day
• Pay Rate: $16–$17 per hour
• Contractor position (internship)

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in mental health care and compliance processes.
• Proficiency with documentation and basic computer skills.
