Talent Acquisition Intern
Join our dynamic team as a Summer 2025 Talent Acquisition Intern and gain firsthand experience in the full-cycle recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on early talent development.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support the end-to-end recruitment process and help enhance our operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to recruitment strategies, process improvement, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows. You’ll also gain insights into early talent recruitment initiatives and strategies to attract and engage emerging professionals.
Location
This position offers the opportunity to enjoy a hybrid work schedule, balancing two days in our Downtown Chicago office and three days of remote flexibility.
The Impact You Will Have
- Assist in creating and refining SOPs to ensure recruitment processes are streamlined and effective.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support early talent hiring initiatives.
- Participate in employer branding efforts and contribute to crafting compelling job postings.
- Support pre-onboarding activities and gain insights into the post-hiring process.
- Utilize and refine Excel skills to track recruitment metrics and build insightful reports.
- Engage in team meetings to understand talent strategies, including early career recruitment trends.
- Potentially assist in sourcing candidates for key early talent roles as part of the learning experience.
What You Will Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity and a passion for developing streamlined processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and excitement for problem-solving, especially in early talent initiatives
