Machine Learning and Data Science Internship

Who are we looking for?

Our Interns work as part of an agile team to produce solutions for our customers in the rail industry alongside our regular workforce. Interns are paired with a mentor from their team and complete assignments, fully integrated into the company. We are looking for students working towards a career in machine learning and data science

Wage Range: Wi-Tronix, LLC believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $18-25 / hr. Please note that actual wages may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

 

Qualifications

Students who will be returning to school in the fall

Junior or Senior in academic year

Must have edge based model experience

Vision API, C++ or C#

A passion to impact something bigger than themselves

A problem-solving mindset

A passion for quality and excellence

The courage to lean in and speak up

A willingness to take risks and courage to fail

A comfort with ambiguity, quickly changing direction, course correction

Interest in innovation

A desire to work with a team and collaborate

Enthusiasm for rail or transportation a plus

Technology enthusiasts

 

 

What else can you expect?

Generally 3 months; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, during your summer break

Full-time hybrid work - Tuesdays-Thursdays in the office
