Certified Veterinary Technician

Animal Medical Clinic's patients include dogs, cats, small mammals, backyard chickens, and some exotics.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated technician who has been certified by the state of Minnesota or a recent graduate with intention of sitting for the exam in the near future.

Candidates should have generalized veterinary technical skills, which include but are not limited to assisting our veterinarians with surgical procedures, dental prophylaxis, anesthesia, various medical treatments, nursing, radiography, immunizations, laboratory diagnostics, restraining animals, history taking, and customer service for example.

The position does require working 1 to 2 Saturday mornings per month.
